Job summary

Resilience Behavioral Health in Massachusetts seeks a compassionate Primary Therapist to join the outpatient PHP/IOP team in Pembroke. This full-time clinical role delivers individual and group therapy, develops treatment plans, and collaborates with psychiatrists, case managers, and staff in a structured setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or psychology, MA license or license-eligible, and 1–2 years of behavioral health experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology required.
• Massachusetts license or license-eligible (LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, or equivalent) required.
• 1–2 years of experience in behavioral health preferred.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and diverse populations.
• Strong clinical documentation and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy in PHP and/or IOP settings.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and documentation.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and support staff.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and quality initiatives.
• Maintain regulatory and licensure documentation.
