BAMSI’s Whitman Counseling Center seeks a Master’s Clinician to provide outpatient behavioral health services, including assessments, treatment planning, and individual therapy, with a flexible hybrid schedule in Whitman, MA.

The role requires a Master’s or Doctoral degree in a clinical field and eligibility for independent licensure within two years. You will join a collaborative multidisciplinary team and have access to supervision, CEUs, and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology or a related clinical field is required.
• Must be eligible for independent licensure within two years.
• Credentialing and licensure processes must be in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient behavioral health services to individuals seeking support for mental health, emotional, and life challenges.
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and clinical evaluations; develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual therapy in-person and via telehealth; maintain a minimum caseload of eight client hours per week.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and coordinate referrals when clinically appropriate.
