Job summary

Bayer AG in Rockwall, TX is seeking a Hybrid Primary Care Sales Consultant to drive strategies for a CVR product, support an upcoming menopause launch, and build relationships with primary care physicians in community settings.

You will collaborate with the Customer Squad and cross-functional partners to drive Bud-to-Health outcomes, while traveling up to 50% within the territory and residing in the territory for optimal coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10 years of relevant sales experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
• Proven track record of consistent high performance in a sales role or other relevant experience.
• Proven track record in developing long-standing relationships with customers.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and foster an environment that promotes ethical behavior and compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Ability to comply with customer credentialing and safety requirements (e.g., vaccinations, trainings).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop professional relationships with primary care and pharmacy staff in assigned customers.
• Drive appropriate utilization of CV and menopause products; coordinate with Customer Squad to generate pull-through with local payers and HCPs.
• Leverage knowledge of cardiovascular, diabetes, and menopause marketplaces to anticipate opportunities and manage challenges.
• Provide input to sales leadership on strategic and tactical planning for territory, area, and region.
• Develop and implement customer-specific business plans and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Prioritize time to ensure optimal coverage of physician specialists based on opportunity and potential.
