One Medical seeks a Family Medicine physician for a full-time, Austin-based role delivering high quality primary care. You will manage a patient panel, perform in-office visits and occasional telehealth, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve care delivery.

Ongoing clinical rounds and opportunities for in-practice procedures are provided. Requirements include Family Medicine residency, 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient settings, Texas license, and Board certification or

Qualificações

• Enrolled in or completed Family Medicine residency.
• Outpatient primary care experience (last 5 years).
• Texas medical license and start date alignment with One Medical.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a patient panel with diverse needs including acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Provide in-office or testing center care and occasional telehealth visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual teams in daily huddles.
• Utilize clinical training for in-office procedures.
• Supervise NP/PA colleagues.
• Pursue additional state licensure for virtual primary care in other states.
