One Medical is hiring a Full-time clinician in San Francisco for hybrid in-office and remote patient care. The base salary ranges from $164,700 to $196,875 per year, with relocation support possibly available.

The role involves managing a diverse patient panel, delivering in-person and tele-health care, and collaborating with both local and virtual teams. The position requires completion of an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification and California licensure.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner in outpatient primary care settings with required patient ages.
• State licensed in California by start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with diverse needs across acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office or at testing centers and conduct tele-health visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and collaborate with in-person and virtual teams.
• Utilize clinical training for in-office procedures and ongoing care.
• Be willing to obtain additional licensure/credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states.
