Job summary

One Medical, a hybrid, full-time role based in our Transbay Center Office, seeks an Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA) with CA licensure to manage a diverse patient panel across in-office, testing centers, and tele-health settings. The role includes weekly clinical rounds and collaboration with both in-office and virtual teams.

The position offers a base salary range of $164,700 to $196,875 per year, sign-on/relocation possibilities, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• State licensed in California, obtained by your One Medical start date.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in outpatient primary care, OR 1 year in outpatient primary care with fellowship or 1+ year in urgent care.
• Experience in LARC (IUD + Nexplanon) insertion and colposcopy procedures a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits.
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities.
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams.
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states.
