Job summary

Shipt, Inc. is hiring a Manager, Pricing Strategy to drive pricing health across retail partners. You will lead pricing tests, build dashboards, and partner with Product, Engineering and Data Science to implement scalable pricing tools and processes.

You will work in a hybrid setting, with in-office days in Birmingham, AL, and collaboration across cross-functional teams to influence enterprise pricing decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail or pricing strategy with emphasis on pricing strategy, capabilities and tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Proven track record delivering high-impact pricing strategies, programs, execution and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of pricing tests and business rules for retail partners.
• Develop reporting and dashboards to track progress on strategic pricing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Data Science to build scalable pricing tools and processes.
