Job summary

Shipt, Inc. is hiring a Manager, Pricing Strategy to drive pricing health across retail partners. You will lead pricing tests, build dashboards, and partner with Product, Engineering and Data Science to implement scalable pricing tools and processes.

You will work in a hybrid setting, with in-office days in Birmingham, AL, and collaboration across cross-functional teams to influence enterprise pricing decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail or pricing strategy with emphasis on pricing strategy, capabilities and tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Proven track record delivering high-impact pricing strategies, programs, execution and analysis.

You will leverage strong executional skills to manage the design and implementation of pricing tests, and partner with cross-functional teams to implement pricing strategies and business rules for retail partners. While no two days are the same, you will develop reporting and dashboards to analyze and track progress on strategic pricing initiatives. You will provide key inputs into the development of best-in-class scalable pricing tools, data, and processes in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Data Science.
