Regal Rexnord is seeking a Pricing Analyst III to support profitability and growth within the Motion Control Systems business. You will collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Finance, and Commercial Leadership to implement pricing strategies that enhance margin while remaining competitive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3 years of pricing/analytics experience.
• Advanced Excel with financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing strategy aligned with MCS business strategy.
• Maintain pricing models to support revenue growth and margin expansion.
• Conduct market, competitive, and customer pricing analyses.
• Lead pricing initiatives including price increases and promotional pricing.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Sales on pricing for new products.
• Monitor pricing realization, margin, and discount trends.
