Regal Rexnord is seeking a Pricing Analyst III to optimize profitability across Motion Control Systems. You will develop pricing strategies, build models, and partner with Sales, Product Management, Finance, and Commercial Leadership to drive margin and growth.

The role requires strong analytical skills, ERP experience (SAP/Oracle), and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• 3+ years of pricing, commercial analytics, product management, sales support, or related analytical role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with financial modeling and large dataset analysis.
• Experience developing pricing strategies, margin analyses, and profitability assessments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Partner with commercial and financial leadership to align pricing strategy with business goals.
• Develop, analyze, and maintain pricing models to support revenue growth and margin expansion.
• Conduct market, competitive, and customer pricing analyses to identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead pricing initiatives, including annual price increases, surcharges, promotions, and new product pricing.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Sales on pricing for new products and lifecycle management.
• Monitor pricing realization, margin performance, and discount trends; recommend actions to improve profitability.
• Support quote governance, pricing approvals, and exception management.
• Create and maintain pricing dashboards, reports, and KPIs for leadership.
• Analyze customer and channel profitability to identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with Finance on forecasting, planning, and commercial performance reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement of pricing processes, tools, and data governance.
