Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Pricing Operations Analyst in Houston, hybrid with about 2 days in-office per week. You will develop pricing/margin reports, automate processes, and support pricing approvals to drive strategic pricing initiatives across HPEN.

Strong Excel/analytical skills and Power BI experience are required, with Salesforce knowledge a plus. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and improving pricing efficiency in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of pricing, operations, or analytics experience in a large MNC.
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.
• Experience with Power BI and EAP/BOE reporting; data visualization.
• Salesforce (SFDC) experience is a plus.
• Strong business acumen and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing and margin reports to identify trends and support leadership decisions.
• Provide ad hoc pricing analysis and margin reports for HPEN groups.
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Build and maintain pricing and margin calculation tools for quotes/pricing requests.
• Support pricing operations, system setup, and pricing approval flows.
• Collaborate on cross-BU projects to improve pricing processes and alignment.
