• Advanced degree (MBA) or demonstrable equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, visibility, and organizational effectiveness.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and design standardized solutions across teams and units.
• Facilitate alignment among stakeholders with differing priorities and establish common goals, ownership models, and execution plans.
• Translate business requirements into actionable solutions by partnering with data, analytics, technology, and operations teams.
• Develop governance frameworks, operating rhythms, and management processes to improve execution.
• Design and implement KPI frameworks, dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions for leadership decisions.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions to reduce manual effort and boost productivity.
• Manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and workstreams from planning to execution.
• Create executive communications, project updates, business cases, and presentations outlining objectives, risks, progress, and outcomes.
• Foster continuous improvement using data, best practices, and lessons learned to enhance operations.
