Job summary

Draeger, Inc. in Telford, PA is seeking a Commercial Pricing & Compliance Analyst II for a hybrid schedule, with a mandatory in-office presence 2 days per week.

You will monitor pricing agreements, develop dashboards and reporting tools, analyze margin performance, and support governance and pricing initiatives across Sales, Customer Service, Contract Owners and Finance.

This role collaborates with leadership to drive profitability while ensuring contract compliance and pricing integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in pricing, finance, controlling, commercial analytics, contract administration, or related business functions.
• Experience supporting pricing programs within manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or B2B environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with customer pricing agreements, contracts, and approved pricing structures.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to identify pricing discrepancies and contract deviations.
• Investigate pricing exceptions and coordinate resolution with contract owners and commercial stakeholders.
• Support pricing governance initiatives and recommend process improvements to strengthen pricing controls.
• Perform customer, product, and contract-level margin analysis to support pricing agreement reviews.
• Analyze the financial impact of pricing changes, contract renewals, and commercial agreements.
• Design and maintain pricing and profitability dashboards utilizing business intelligence tools.
• Compile, validate, and analyze large data sets from SAP and 3rd party sources.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Contract Owners to resolve pricing issues.
• Provide analytical support for commercial and strategic pricing initiatives.
