The role collaborates with Sales, Finance, Contract Owners, and Leadership to identify pricing discrepancies, analyze margin performance, and support strategic pricing decisions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in pricing, finance, controlling, commercial analytics, or related functions.
• Experience supporting pricing programs within manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or B2B environments preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate findings to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to balance compliance requirements with commercial business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pricing compliance with customer agreements, contracts, and approved pricing structures; develop and maintain reports and dashboards.
• Investigate pricing exceptions and coordinate resolution with contract owners and stakeholders.
• Support pricing governance initiatives and document pricing decisions and contract compliance activities.
• Perform customer, product, and contract-level margin analysis to support pricing reviews.
• Analyze the financial impact of pricing changes and support periodic profitability reporting and variance analysis.
• Design and maintain pricing dashboards using BI tools and prepare recurring/ad-hoc reports.
• Compile and analyze large data sets from SAP and third-party sources; automate reporting processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Contract Owners to resolve pricing issues and support renewals.
