Job summary

JusticePoint, Inc. seeks a Treatment Court Case Manager to oversee case management for participants in Drug Treatment Court or Impaired Driving Court. You will screen, assess, coordinate services, and monitor compliance to support sobriety and reintegration.

The role involves maintaining data, reporting to the court, and partnering with community resources for participant success. Experience with criminal justice-involved clients is preferred; strong communication, organization, and independence

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Social Work, Psychology, or related Human Services field.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Ability to communicate professionally and accurately, both orally and in writing.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task and work independently.
Previous experience with criminal justice-involved clients preferred.
Ability to work with diverse backgrounds including LGBTQ+ identities and ethnic groups.

Responsibilities

Perform observed urine drug and alcohol screening of clients (gender-matched collector).
Use risk assessment results to develop individualized case plans with clients.
Manage a caseload of up to 25 participants.
Refer to and maintain knowledge of available community resources.
Monitor participant attendance and compliance with program requirements.
Provide accurate written reports to the court and attend staffings.
Enter and maintain case information in the electronic database.
Install and monitor Remote Breath and SCRAM devices for participants.
Other duties as assigned.
