Job summary

American Direct Sales is seeking a dedicated Prepress & Production Specialist in Indiana to join its ADS/Signarama team. You will prepare and lay out files for printing and cutting, ensuring alignment with job specs and color accuracy.

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Onyx Thrive is required, along with strong attention to detail and teamwork. The role is full-time with a typical 8:00 am–4:30 pm schedule, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime based on order volume.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and graphic design.
• Proven ability to prepare and layout files for printing/cutting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in job specs.
• Ability to read rulers and perform basic measurements.
• Experience with digital printing software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and prepare files for printing per customer specs.
• Create and prepare files for cutting per job specs.
• Verify colors to match customer requirements.
• Coordinate printing and cutting with teams to meet job specs.
• Troubleshoot print quality with the Print Team and adjust processes as needed.
• Operate roll-to-roll and flatbed printers for production.
• Operate Zund digital cutter for production runs.
• Maintain clean, organized workspace and equipment.
• Manage supplies and report low inventory to management.
• Handle materials safely and report any damage.
• Maintain safe working habits and collaborate with coworkers.
