Job summary

AlphaGraphics in Dallas is seeking a highly skilled Pre-Press Technician to support our production operations. This role will prepare, review, and optimize customer artwork for print, signs, promotional and apparel projects.

You will demonstrate strong technical proficiency and communicate effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The position requires proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop), deep understanding of PDF workflows, and

Qualifications

Minimum experience in pre-press or graphic design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop) and PDF workflows.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Generate and review proofs for accuracy prior to customer approval.
Prepare and preflight digital files to meet print production requirements.
Identify and resolve file issues related to color, layout, bleed, resolution, and font usage.
Perform imposition and layout for print production set-up.
Collaborate with internal teams, including design, customer service, and production.
