Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong customer service experience, ideally in call center or insurance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze financial and business records.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and navigating multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Audit review and issue resolution of policy rating and classification issues discovered during audits.
• Validate proper classifications per regulatory agencies, independent bureaus, and company procedures using financial records and documents.
• Discuss audit results with agents, underwriters, insureds and Premium Audit leadership to address questions.
• Provide responsive, high-quality customer service via calls, emails, and live chat regarding premium audit inquiries.
• Clearly explain audit processes, requirements, and outcomes to customers to resolve concerns.
• Stay current on audit manuals, classification rules, market trends, and regulatory updates.
