Job summary

Wireside-Communications is seeking a motivated intern to support day-to-day client work, research media outlets and influencer channels, and help build targeted lists. You will assist social media creation, manage account admin, and contribute to monthly reporting under guidance.

The role offers a hybrid schedule based in Boston or Richmond, with three remote days and two in-office days per week, and opportunities to contribute across agency operations and new business processes.

Qualifications

• Internship in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Social Media or related industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, English or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to write and communicate clearly and concisely.
• Passion for delivering high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborative, self-motivated and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day tasks for team and client; research media outlets and influencer channels.
• Build targeted media and influencer lists; track industry trends.
• Assist social media creation and management efforts; create monthly reporting.
• Coordinate account administration and reporting for clients.
• Participate in agency operations and new business processes.
