Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/automotive engineering.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 6+ years in automotive powertrain design, development, or testing.
• Proficient with powertrain simulation software.
• Hybrid or electric vehicle powertrains experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Familiarity with automotive testing equipment.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and validate powertrain components and systems.
• Develop and refine simulation models for performance, emissions, and thermal management.
• Conduct performance testing and data analysis on powertrains.
• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing teams for quality and manufacturability.
• Investigate and resolve powertrain issues during development and production.
• Stay updated on electrification and alternative fuels.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations.
• Support continuous improvement of powertrain processes.
• Ensure compliance with automotive regulations and standards.
