Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering with Power Electronics specialization.
• 8+ years of experience in power electronics design for automotive applications.
• Deep knowledge of power converter topologies, control strategies, and semiconductor devices.
• Proficiency in simulation tools: PLECS, PSIM, MATLAB/Simulink.
• Experience with PCB layout for high-power applications.
• Familiarity with CAN/LIN and embedded systems in automotive contexts.
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced R&D environment and guide technical teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead design, simulation, and development of advanced power electronic converters for EVs.
• Develop and optimize control algorithms for efficiency and performance.
• Oversee selection of power semiconductors, magnetic and passive components.
• Manage testing, validation, and reliability of prototypes.
