Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in automotive performance engineering or tuning.
• Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics and powertrain engineering.
• Experience with data acquisition and MATLAB/Simulink.
• Dyno testing and engine calibration experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test performance-oriented automotive components and systems, including engine, suspension, and aerodynamic elements.
• Conduct performance testing and data acquisition using advanced instrumentation and simulation tools.
• Analyze test data to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure effective implementation of performance enhancements.
• Develop and refine engine calibration and tuning parameters for optimal power, efficiency, and emissions.
• Research and evaluate new technologies and materials to enhance vehicle performance.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations on test results and recommendations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging performance technologies.
• Contribute to development of performance testing methodologies and standards.
• Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations and quality standards.
