The position blends high-volume recruitment with senior, hard-to-find profiles, leveraging AI sourcing, LinkedIn, and multi-channel campaigns.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years recruiting in renewable energy, construction, or skilled technical trades.
• Or 5+ years in utility-scale solar, wind, or transmission roles with a field network.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• Bilingual English-Spanish helpful.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Source top talent across owner’s representative, field, and management roles.
• Build pipelines for solar, wind, storage, and transmission projects.
• Manage candidate pools and nurture campaigns.
