Job summary

University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is seeking a Post-Award Grant Coordinator to support ACCORDS research activities, including grants and contracts. The role requires independent work, collaboration with PIs and the Grants Office, and attention to compliance and reporting.

The position emphasizes post-award administration, budget variance reviews, vendor/ subcontract coordination, and effective communication with diverse stakeholders across CU Health partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field.
• 1 year finance/accounting experience with budgets.
• Strong understanding of fiscal policy and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to PIs and program managers.
• Manage portfolio of grants and contracts and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with Office of Grants and Contracts on project setup and invoicing.
• Process expenditures and monitor allowability under Uniform Guidance.
• Assist with SOWs, vendor setup, MOUs, and subcontracts.
• Prepare budget variance reports and close-out projects.
