Job summary

Glenmede Trust Company in New York is seeking a Management Associate to support a team of relationship managers, portfolio managers and investment specialists in daily portfolio management and client service. The role offers a hybrid schedule with three days in the New York office.

You will learn holistic wealth and investment management, learning to analyze asset allocation, prepare client communications, and collaborate across departments to meet client objectives.

Qualifications

• 0-4 years of experience in an investment environment.
• Interest in CFA or CFP designations preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to investment and CRM-oriented IT applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist Portfolio Managers in client portfolio management and analysis.
• Analyze asset allocation, portfolio construction and strategy investments.
• Synthesize data into messages on tilts, concentrations, performance drivers, and risk.
• Participate in internal investment meetings (IPC, MRG).
• Support relationship management with client inquiries and CRM updates.
• Assist with preparing client meeting materials and coordinating with other departments.
