Required is a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 0–4 years in financial services.

Qualifications

• 0-4 years of experience in financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers in trust, investment and retirement account administration.
• Monitor daily reports for accuracy and follow-up actions.
• Assist with account opening, asset transfers and terminations.
• Be a power-user of client support technology systems and CRM platform.
• Manage incoming/outgoing client communications and document retention.
• Coordinate client meetings, travel, and related arrangements.
