Job summary

Glenmede’s 10-week Summer Internship Program runs from June to August 2027 and is based out of Princeton, NJ. The internship is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence at least three days per week, with networking events, a final group project, and exposure to professionals across business areas.

Interns gain hands-on experience and skills development within private wealth management, portfolio construction, and implementation.

Qualifications

Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program and a rising senior (graduating between May 2028-December 2028).
We accept varying majors, business majors preferred.
Desire to be in a client facing role.
Self-motivated with proactive resolutions and a strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving.
Demonstrated ability to carry out detailed work accurately and on time.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Detail oriented, ability to analyze.
Ability to work within a team and on a self-directed basis.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Must be authorized to work in the United States, without sponsorship, for the internship duration.

Responsibilities

Roles and responsibilities will vary based on the department; all interns are expected to support a wide range of activities, acting, and performing professionally.
At the end of your internship, you will have exposure to the wealth and investment management businesses, a deeper level of experience in a particular area of focus, and experience working collaboratively alongside managers and specialists of all career levels.
