Job summary

NCIF seeks a highly analytical Portfolio Management Analyst to support portfolio monitoring, risk assessment, covenant tracking, construction draw analysis, and reporting across lending, NMTC, and equity investments. The role focuses on data-driven decision making within a mission-driven financial institution in Chicago.

You will collaborate with Credit, Lending, and Compliance teams, prepare monthly and quarterly reports, and help strengthen portfolio management practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business, accounting, or finance.
• 2–5 years in accounting, finance, asset management, or real estate.
• Experience with CDFI NMTC or lending compliance/portfolio management (AMIS helpful).
• Experience in preparing loan portfolios, lenders and investor reporting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio and Asset Management: analyze borrowers' data; monitor covenants and reporting.
• Construction Loan Administration: process draw requests and disbursements; assess budgets.
• Portfolio Insight & Reporting: assist in monthly/quarterly reports and AMIS filings.
• Data accuracy and trend analysis across NCIF's portfolios.
