Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business (Finance or Accounting preferred).
• 2–4 years of commercial credit, portfolio management, or lending experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis, credit structuring, and loan documentation.
• Credit risk awareness and ability to review portfolio health.
• Ability to work a flexible hybrid schedule with Madison, WI office days.

Responsibilities

• Drive the deal pipeline by coordinating workflow between Business Developers, Credit Analysts, and Loan Operations.
• Deliver high-touch service as the primary contact for borrowers with fast turnaround times.
• Manage credit risk through annual reviews, covenant monitoring, and financial statement evaluation.
• Work across asset classes including CRE, Multi-Family, C&I, Equipment, Non-QM and ABL.
• Travel up to 40% to client operations and support business development efforts.
