Job summary

Hightower Advisors seeks a Client Portfolio Analyst to support portfolio construction, investment research, and portfolio management efforts. You will collaborate with portfolio managers, research analysts, and investment committees to implement decisions and monitor performance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting and 1+ years of related experience. Proficiency in Excel and investment analytics tools is expected, with CFA progress preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in portfolio management, investment research, or financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, portfolio construction, and risk management.
• Progress toward or completion of CFA designation preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in portfolio management systems, Excel, and investment analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing diversified investment portfolios by implementing investment decisions and monitoring portfolio performance.
• Support portfolio rebalancing, asset allocation, and risk management activities.
• Assist in portfolio reviews and recommend adjustments based on market conditions and investment objectives.
• Perform financial analysis, investment research, and due diligence on investment opportunities.
• Monitor economic trends, market developments, and portfolio risks to support investment decision-making.
• Prepare investment reports, portfolio commentary, and presentation materials.
• Assist portfolio managers and client-facing teams to support investment discussions and client reporting.
• Collaborate with research, trading, operations, and compliance teams to ensure efficient portfolio management.
