Job summary

Hightower is seeking an Operations professional to support Advisory teams by maintaining client agreements, custodian access, and data feeds across advisor practices and the Hightower Home Office. You will collaborate with finance, centralized services, and client reporting to optimize workflows.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1+ years in operations, with strong communication and attention to detail for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 1+ years of experience in operations or a similar role
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Experience working with high-net-worth advisors/representatives
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards
• Knowledge of Fidelity Wealthscape, Schwab Advisor Center, and Pershing Netx360+ preferred
• Knowledge of Salesforce is helpful
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor operational processes, ensuring adherence to established guidelines and procedures.
• Work closely with other departments, such as finance, centralized services, and client reporting, to streamline workflows, resolve operational issues, and enhance overall organizational efficiency
• Create, maintain, and terminate custodian access for all individuals, including all advisor practices as well as Hightower Home Office
• Create, maintain, and terminate all rep codes and data feed connections for all advisor practices as well as Hightower Home Office
• Work closely with firms that are transitioning into Hightower
• Special Projects as needed
