  • Ability to work independently and with teams.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or 4-5 years of education/experience.
  • Experience communicating with internal and external partners, including UCLA administrators, outside funders, policy makers and community representatives.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage complex programs with deadlines.
  • Knowledge of program development, evaluation, creating datasets, financial reporting.
  • Ability to learn new policies and software.
  • Ability to train new program managers and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate program operations and strategic planning efforts.
  • Oversee communications, financial oversight, and grant development.
  • Ensure compliance with UCLA, state, and federal policies.
  • Drive projects from concept through completion.
  • Supervise and train staff as needed.
