Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work independently and also with teams.
• Demonstrated writing skills to produce a wide range of documents.
• Experience communicating with diverse internal and external partners.
• Knowledge of evaluation, creating datasets, grant writing and proposal submission.
• Familiarity with university policies related to access, procurement, accounting, HR and lab safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and administrative support to UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine and its divisions.
• Assist with system access, review transactions and analyze key indicators.
• Generate high-level summary reports for leadership and communicate with division constituents to improve compliance.
• Support documentation and reporting processes to ensure compliance with policies.
