• Minimum 5 years of policy administration or insurance operations experience with a focus on data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of data analysts and associates.
• Manage team performance, workload prioritization, hiring recommendations, and professional development activities.
• Oversee the design, automation, enhancement, and maintenance of operational dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Ensure reporting metrics reflect policy activity, workflow volumes, capacity, and performance trends.
• Review and validate reporting outputs for accuracy, consistency, and usability.
• Analyze policy administration data to identify trends, risks, variances, and process improvements.
