Job summary

You will work with cross-functional partners to set timelines, track deliverables, and maintain project documentation in a consumer products environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, Operations, or related field.
• 1+ years of professional experience including internships or project coordination roles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
• Ability to proactively follow up with stakeholders and drive tasks to completion.
• Thrives in a cross-functional team environment and can influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Renovation projects from intake to completion.
• Serve as primary PM contact for assigned projects and manage scope, responsibilities, and deadlines.
• Develop and maintain project timelines using PMO tools (SmartSheet, Basecamp).
• Provide clear, timely updates to stakeholders on status, milestones, risks, actions.
• Monitor progress and identify schedule risks or missing information.
• Escalate issues and missed deadlines to PMO leadership when needed.
• Manage administrative intake for new Renovation projects.
• Maintain PMIS trackers with accurate project data.
• Assist with PMO Lessons Learned meetings and follow-up actions.
• Support PMO process improvements and admin initiatives.
