Job summary

Leapfrog Brands is seeking a Project Management Coordinator to join our PMO and coordinate Renovation projects from intake to completion. This entry-level role collaborates with cross-functional teams to keep timelines, deliverables, and risks visible.

You will use tools like SmartSheet and Basecamp, communicate status, and support quarterly Lessons Learned. A bachelor's degree and 1+ year experience in project coordination are expected; hybrid work with on-site in Lincoln Park 2 days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
• 1+ years of professional experience, including internships, project coordination, or other relevant experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Ability to proactively follow up with stakeholders and drive tasks toward completion.
• Thrives working in a cross-functional team environment.
• Ability to identify when information, decisions, or deliverables are missing and take appropriate action.
• Logical and creative problem-solving and analytical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage assigned Renovation projects from initial project intake through completion.
• Serve as the primary project management point of contact for assigned Renovation projects, ensuring cross-functional partners understand project scope, responsibilities, and deadlines.
• Develop and maintain project timelines using SmartSheet, Basecamp, and other PMO tools.
• Facilitate project communication and provide clear, timely updates to stakeholders regarding project status, upcoming milestones, risks, and outstanding actions.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential schedule risks, missing information, or outstanding decisions.
• Escalate issues and missed deadlines to the appropriate project stakeholders and PMO leadership when necessary.
• Manage the administrative intake process for new Renovation projects submitted through the Renovation Intake Form.
• Maintain PMIS trackers and ensure project information remains accurate and current.
• Support the preparation and coordination of quarterly PMO Lessons Learned meetings, including assisting in the preparation, organizing information, documenting key learnings during the meeting, and helping track follow-up actions.
• Assist with other PMO process improvement and administrative initiatives as assigned.
