Crestron Electronics Inc. in New Jersey seeks a Manufacturing Project Manager to drive the transition of new products from Engineering to Production, coordinating prototype builds, pilot validation, and ramp to mass production.
You will collaborate with supply chain, production engineering, test engineering, planning and contract manufacturing. The role requires coordinating multiple simultaneous projects, strong organization and communication, and experience in electronics manufacturing.
The Manufacturing Project Manager is responsible for the transition of new products from Engineering to Production. This position is responsible for coordinating the operations deliverables to build and test the prototypes, validate the Pilot run and ramp up for mass production. The Manufacturing PM is responsible for coordinating with supply chain, production engineering, test engineering, planning and contract manufacturing.
This position is responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring and controlling many simultaneous projects. This position requires good organization and communication skills, both written and oral, to collaborate with cross functional teams of internal and external organizations. The candidate should be able to direct tasks and priorities with minimal supervision. Knowledge of the Electronic Manufacturing, Project Management Process and experience as a Project Manager is a plus. Strong computer skills in MS Project, MS Office (Excel, Work, PowerPoint, Visio) is a plus.
The Project Manager is expected to Independently coordinate stakeholders across functions, and maintain strong customer and business awareness throughout program execution.

Per applicable state requirements, the annual pay range for this position ($72,500 - $117,500) which consists of base salary (subject to performance), reflects the hiring range for candidates.
