Crestron Electronics Inc. in New Jersey seeks a Manufacturing Project Manager to drive the transition of new products from Engineering to Production, coordinating prototype builds, pilot validation, and ramp to mass production.

You will collaborate with supply chain, production engineering, test engineering, planning and contract manufacturing. The role requires coordinating multiple simultaneous projects, strong organization and communication, and experience in electronics manufacturing.

Formación

• 3-5 years of project management experience.
• Experience in electronic manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with NPI processes and manufacturing readiness coordination.
• Experience with contract manufacturers and/or OEM vendors.
• Experience with supply chain for long lead mitigation strategies.
• PMO process improvement involvement.
• Strong Microsoft Project and Office skills.

Responsabilidades

• Create project plans for procurement, prototype builds, production support equipment and mass production for launching new products.
• Manage and control projects, measure and communicate progress against baseline plan.
• Identify and document project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet project deliverables and schedules.
• Lead product reviews and Launch Readiness reviews.
• Coordinate production plans with supply/demand teams and transition plans.
• Coordinate transfers of products to contract manufacturers for mass production.
• Support PMO process improvements and cross-functional initiatives.
