Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of complex, cross-functional projects and programs from initiation through implementation and closure.
• Lead governance, risk management, budget and schedule oversight with stakeholder alignment.
• Facilitate Agile planning, backlog management, sprints and continuous improvement activities.
• Deliver executive-level reporting on milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and financial performance.
• Support organizational readiness, data governance, and process improvement across portfolios.
