A small expanding consultancy in West Acton seeks a Senior Project Manager (Quantity Surveyor). Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ UK consultancy experience.
• Experience with bespoke private residential development.
• Technical exposure to cost management (MRICS preferable).

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the MD and oversee existing PM team.
• Manage client relationships and guide junior PMs.
• Deliver responsibilities in Project Management and Quantity Surveying.
