Job summary

Genesis AEC, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager | Architect for Science & Technology projects in the Medford, MA area. You will oversee multiple projects, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with BIM and QA/QC teams. Strong communication and leadership are essential to drive project success.

Ideal candidates have extensive architectural design experience in life sciences facilities, and are capable of leading cross-functional teams through design and construction administration phases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 8+ years of strong Architectural Design background and experience managing Architectural and Engineering design.
• Must manage project budgets, scope, schedules and client changes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple small/medium projects on time and within budget.
• Lead project teams and liaise with internal departments.
• Manage client interactions and maintain relationships.
• Develop sound approaches to meet project and client needs.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and assist in design budget development.
• Monitor budgets, scope, schedules, deliverables, and staffing.
