Job summary

Genesis AEC is seeking a Senior Project Architect to lead and execute the technical development for complex architecture projects. You will collaborate with staff architects, designers, and engineering disciplines to deliver design excellence from concept through documentation and construction administration.

You will coordinate with project teams, manage technical input, develop building codes and life-safety analyses, and ensure alignment with budgets, scope, and schedules on assigned projects.

Responsibilities

• As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you must be a collaborative and effective communicator who thrives in a team environment.
• Develops ideas from conceptual design through construction documentation and ensures proper coordination and design input with the other disciplines on the team.
• Leads the integration and development of all technical aspects of architectural documentation.
• Generate complex building codes, life safety analyses, and architectural project specifications with minimal oversight.
• Collaborate with Project Manager and Architectural Leadership to ensure manpower and staffing needs on assigned projects are met.
• Ownership of and alignment with the architectural budget, scope, schedule, and required deliverables on assigned projects.
