Responsibilities include leading programming in Rockwell/Siemens platforms, ensuring top-quality, fault-free code during site installations, and traveling up to 25% for engagements and shows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering with at least 5 years in industrial automation or an associate degree with 5 years in industrial automation.
• Strong technical leadership to guide and coach project teams.
• Proficiency in programming and delivering projects in a team environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Curiosity and agility in solving new problems.
• Focus and tenacity to see challenges through.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement PLC/HMI code including simulation and commissioning at customer sites.
• Create Functional Specifications and related PLC/HMI programs in a team setting.
• Collaborate with Digital Manufacturing, Hardware, and Industrial IT engineers to deliver projects.
• Provide technical leadership and system-level thinking as needed.
• Lead commissioning with multiple disciplines and ensure quality through zero-defect code.
• Travel up to 25% for product lifecycle, trade shows, or related activities.
