Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 10+ years in technology, product, platform, operations or strategy in regulated environments.
• Proven experience shaping platform product strategy, roadmaps, and cross-functional execution.
• Deep understanding of enterprise systems, workflow platforms, case management and B2B servicing.
• Ability to translate business strategy into roadmap inputs, capability models and investment guidance.
• Proven track record influencing senior teams and delivering measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the Advisor Services Internal Platform Strategy, including boundaries, priorities, divestiture opportunities and success metrics.
• Define future-state approaches for internal servicing, workflow, routing, and legacy migration to enterprise platforms.
• Assess current platforms to identify constraints, frictions, and reusable enterprise capabilities.
• Translate needs into inputs for roadmap, prioritization, sequencing, and investment decisions.
• Lead through influence in a matrixed environment and craft executive-ready recommendations.
