Job summary

Besa is seeking a Platform Experience Manager in Columbus, OH with hybrid flexibility to oversee the day‑to‑day platform, keep the roadmap up to date, and coordinate with technology vendors to deliver new features.

You will gather user input from staff, volunteers, nonprofits and business partners, translate it into practical platform improvements, manage cross‑functional projects, and ensure a reliable, intuitive experience for thousands of volunteers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing technology platforms, SaaS products, digital operations, project management, customer success, implementation, or a related field.
• Proven success managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and external vendors.
• Strong familiarity with emerging AI tools and technologies to enhance user experience and platform performance.
• Ability to translate user feedback into practical platform improvements and align with organizational priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day platform management and keep the roadmap up-to-date.
• Coordinate with technology vendors and lead implementation of new features.
• Ensure timely delivery of platform enhancements from planning through launch.
• Gather insights from users and partners to inform future improvements.
• Maintain visibility into timelines, risks, and progress of roadmap initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership to prioritize upcoming platform enhancements.
