Job summary

The Columbus Partnership seeks a platform manager for the Marcie platform, leading system administration, integrations, and ongoing enhancements that support community health outcomes in Franklin County.

You will coordinate with vendors and partners, oversee governance, and train internal users and community organizations to improve workflows and data quality. This grant-funded role runs through 2027 with potential renewal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, social/health/human services or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in platform or product management, project management, or similar technical role within an agile framework.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary system administrator and technical lead for the Marcie platform, overseeing configuration, integrations, performance and security across all connected systems and data tools.
• Develop expertise in Visionlink Community OS and integrated tools through training, certifications, and vendor collaboration.
• Lead technical projects by defining requirements, managing sprints, tracking epics and user stories, and ensuring quality delivery.
