Job summary

Agility Partners in Columbus, OH is seeking a Manager – Data Platform & Cloud Transformation to lead a team of platform engineers focused on modernizing enterprise data platforms and driving strategic cloud migrations.

You will partner with senior technology and data leaders, influence the future-state data ecosystem, and align data governance with reporting and analytics needs while balancing hands-on leadership with strategic planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 7+ years leading data warehouse or data platform teams.
Proven experience with enterprise cloud data solutions and migration strategies.
Strong knowledge of AWS services and data governance practices.
Experience with ETL tools and data movement platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of platform engineers and contractors to deliver cloud modernization initiatives.
Drive data warehouse modernization, cloud migrations, and platform innovations.
Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to design scalable data solutions for reporting and analytics.
Maintain platform stability, delivery roadmaps, and continuous improvement.
Define and execute the data technology roadmap across technology and business functions.
