Qualifications

• 3+ years managing technology platforms, SaaS products, digital operations.
• Proven success managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and external vendors.
• Strong familiarity with emerging AI tools to enhance UX and platform performance.
• Skilled at gathering user feedback and translating insights into practical improvements.
• Highly organized and execution-oriented in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong communicator and relationship builder across nonprofits, business clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of the current platform roadmap and ensure initiatives stay on track.
• Coordinate testing, training, adoption, and rollout of new functionality.
• Lead implementation of new platform features from planning through launch.
• Maintain visibility into roadmaps, timelines, risks, and progress.
• Monitor platform health and drive user adoption and engagement.
• Collaborate with leadership and vendors to inform future enhancements.
