Job description

The Columbus Partnership is a nonprofit organization of CEOs from Columbus’ leading businesses and institutions. Through our membership and other ally organizations across Central Ohio, the Partnership upholds a shared vision to make Columbus the most prosperous region in the country.

The Columbus Partnership team also includes One Columbus, one of the nation’s top economic development teams that serves the 11-county Columbus Region; and Smart Columbus, a civic innovation lab that advances what is new and next at the intersection of technology and community good.

Can you imagine Columbus as the most prosperous region in the United States, where more and more people are able to improve their economic and social well-being? We do, every day.

The Role

Marcie (formerly the Community Information Exchange Initiative) is a Franklin County effort to improve access to health and human services through a collaborative, equity-centered technology platform. The platform manager serves as the primary steward of the platform, leading system administration, technical optimization and ongoing enhancements that support organizational and community needs.

The position supports high-impact initiatives by managing platform operations, coordinating technical projects, collaborating with vendors and partners, and developing solutions that improve workflows, data quality and user experience. Responsibilities include overseeing system integrations, supporting analytics and reporting efforts, managing platform governance and compliance requirements, and providing training and support to internal users and community-based organizations.

This opportunity is well suited for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, project management and community impact. The role involves collaboration with internal teams, external partners, vendors and community organizations while building expertise in platform management, systems integration, data-informed decision-making and cross-sector collaboration.

Note

This role is grant-funded through 2027. Continued funding beyond 2027 is contingent upon securing additional funding streams.
