Celltrion Branchburg, LLC is seeking a Manager-Plant Engineering to lead Frontline Plant Engineers (4-6) and support biomanufacturing utilities systems. The role focuses on driving productivity projects, applying engineering standards, and mentoring a technical team on site in Branchburg, NJ.

The ideal candidate will have a BS in engineering and 5+ years of industrial cgmp experience, with strong leadership, problem solving, and cross-functional communication skills to partner with Operations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years industrial experience in a cGMP environment.
• Knowledge of biopharmaceutical processes, facilities, plant or utilities equipment.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience leading small/medium-scale process-improvement projects.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and communicate cross-functionally.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage team of 4-6 Frontline Engineers and provide leadership, coaching, and career development.
• Coach engineers, drive continuous improvements, and support capital delivery.
• Provide functional leadership for process team engineering across change controls, investigations, and process controls.
• Ensure adherence to engineering standards, policies, and business plans impacting performance.
• Lead root cause analysis, complex investigations, and regulatory change controls.
